- No sign-up. There is no account system and no email is collected by us — the email fields above are invoice content that stays in your browser. Nothing is gated.
- No watermark. The PDF is produced by your browser's own print engine. This page adds nothing to it — the print view is the invoice, so a watermark is impossible by construction.
- Nothing leaves your browser. There is no server and no upload. Your details, your client's details, and the invoice itself exist only on this device, saved in this browser's local storage for convenience.

How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Click Print / Save as PDF, then: Chrome / Edge — set Destination to "Save as PDF". Firefox — choose "Save to PDF". Safari (Mac) — use the PDF dropdown in the bottom-left of the print dialog → "Save as PDF". iPhone / iPad — Share → Print, then long-press (or pinch out on) the preview and share the PDF. Android — pick "Save as PDF" as the printer.
What should my invoice numbers look like?
Any scheme works as long as each number is unique and roughly sequential — plain counters (INV-001, INV-002…), year-prefixed (2026-014), or per-client prefixes. Don't reuse a number. This tool suggests the next number by incrementing the last one you used (editable — it's only a suggestion).
What does an invoice legally need to include?
It depends on your jurisdiction: EU VAT invoices need a VAT number and specific wording, Australian tax invoices need an ABN and "Tax invoice" wording above a threshold, US requirements are largely set by your client's accounts-payable process, and so on. This is a formatting tool, not legal or tax advice — check your own tax authority's guidance (for one example of official requirements, see the UK government's invoicing rules).
Is it really free — what's the business model?
The page is a static file with no accounts, no upsell, and currently no affiliate relationships. It is part of the LittleCalcs portfolio of small free tools; if monetization (like disclosed affiliate links) is ever added, the invoice output will stay free and watermark-free.
